Why Deletion Vs. Repair?

If you could permanently delete a negative tradeline or temporarily remove a negative tradeline which would you choose? The answer is obvious: credit deletion is superior to the typical process of credit repair.

In the normal process of credit repair, form letters are sent out to the credit bureau’s disputing the legitimacy of a tradeline. These dispute letters are designed to force a creditor to respond to the credit bureaus within 30 days. If the creditor fails to respond in the specified timeframe, a credit bureau is supposed to change the tradeline to appear as though they have a perfect payment history.

In theory and in practice this does work sometimes. In most occasions, however, this strategy does not result in a permanent result. In fact, the creditor still has the ability to update the borrower’s information to the bureau’s in the future. The borrower would then have to start the dispute letter campaign all over. This is how the typical credit repair company makes thousands of dollars from their clients over a very long period of time. These companies understand that their services are not permanent in nature.

Credit deletion solves this problem for the consumer. The consumer pays a one time fee and the negative tradelines they want removed from their consumer credit report are removed forever. And, if they ever re-appear for any reason, Certified Credit Repair will remove them…guaranteed.

What is Credit Deletion?

Credit deletion involves the permanent deletion of negative tradelines from a consumer credit report. This includes the deletion of collection accounts, the deletion of bankruptcies except for an open chapter 13 bankruptcy, the deletion of mortgage tradelines, the deletion of negative signature line of credit tradelines, home equity tradelines, credit card tradelines, auto loan tradelines and other forms of negative tradelines.

What is very important to understand is that this involves a permanent deletion. As such, we do not claim to make a tradeline “appear” as though a client has made their payments on time. Here’s an example:

Consumer John Doe wants to delete a negative tradeline from his consumer credit report.

This tradeline comes from Merchant’s Bank and the balance is $2,347.00.

John Doe has not made his payment in 90 days and now owes $211.31 as a past due balance as well as penalties.

His credit report indicates the following:

  • Merchant’s Bank 90 Days Late
  • Revolving Account Payment: $70.41 Balance: $2,347.00 Past Due: $211.31
  • Our credit deletion service would not make John Doe’s Merchant’s Bank tradeline appear as though he is current and eliminate the past due amount. Our service would permanently delete this tradeline from Experian, Equifax and Transunion. In addition, Certified Credit Repair will remove the negative tradeline from John Doe’s credit profile if it ever re-appeared on his credit report in the future.

Another important aspect of our service is that we will not remove positive tradelines. Positive tradelines, as you are well aware, are a boon to a consumer’s credit report. It would be foolish to permanently delete all instantiations of credit tradelines, especially, positive tradelines with an excellent payment history.

Our unique service allows our clients to retain the good credit they have and permanently do away with the bad tradelines. What more could a client ask for? In fact, most clients expect this when surveying the field of traditional credit repair companies. Unfortunately, many consumers are misinformed by these “so-called” credit repair experts and receive little more than monthly dispute letters written on their behalf that are rarely effective, especially in the long term.

If you would like to offer your clients a permanent solution to their credit problems, call Certified Credit Repair right now at 1-888-854-8351 or simply fill out the Contact Us section and a representative will contact you shortly.
