Credit deletion involves the permanent deletion of negative tradelines from a consumer credit report. This includes the deletion of collection accounts, the deletion of bankruptcies except for an open chapter 13 bankruptcy, the deletion of mortgage tradelines, the deletion of negative signature line of credit tradelines, home equity tradelines, credit card tradelines, auto loan tradelines and other forms of negative tradelines. Why Deletion Vs. Repair?
If you could permanently delete a negative tradeline or temporarily remove a negative tradeline which would you choose? The answer is obvious: credit deletion is superior to the typical process of credit repair. In the normal process of credit repair, form letters are sent out to the credit bureau’s disputing the legitimacy of a tradeline. These dispute letters are designed to force a creditor to respond to the credit bureaus within 30 days.
